Villa en Bord de mer Koh Samui

Cette villa traditionnelle thaïlandaise de 5 chambres, bien équipée, est située directement en face de la plage et offre une vue imprenable sur la mer. Il suffit de descendre les marches du jardin pour atteindre les sables doux de la plage de Bang Por.
La villa offre un hébergement spacieux pour 8 à 10 personnes, dans des jardins tropicaux, à côté de la piscine principale et avec une vue sur l'île voisine de Koh Phangan.
La villa a été construite comme une villa thaïlandaise traditionnelle en bois de teck et est meublée avec goût dans le respect du style thaïlandais traditionnel, avec des colonnes en bois sculpté à l'intérieur. Face au rivage, juste en face de l'espace de vie, il y a une terrasse et un Sala, ainsi qu'un autre grand balcon à l'étage supérieur avec des vues spectaculaires sur la mer.

Accommodation in detail
The house is accessed by a garden path from the central parking area. The villa entrance takes you into the open plan downstairs living area which in turn leads on to the terrace through four sets of double doors. All rooms and the downstairs balcony are equipped with ceiling fans and all bedrooms are air-conditioned.
The kitchen is to the rear of the living area and is separated by a bar counter, it is well equipped with modern cooking appliances including hotplates, oven, microwave, fridge-freezer, coffee maker, rice cooker, toaster and cooking utensils. A full complement of crockery, glassware and cutlery is also provided.
The dining area features a traditional teak dining table that accommodates 8 in comfort and has views out to sea. If al-fresco dining is preferred patio dining can be enjoyed on the terrace on a further dining table. On the terrace you will also find a rattan style sofa set with soft cushions to relax on.
The living area has two large sofas, a coffee table and sports a large flat screen TV, with internet TV offering multi-lingual channels and over 1000 movies, DVD and CD player.
Downstairs and to the rear of the villa there is a bedroom equipped with a Queen Size bed and next to this is a bunk bed room which also has a working area and safe. The two rooms share the downstairs bathroom.
Stairs lead from the entrance to the upstairs bedrooms. The master bedroom is located at the front of the villa. It has a king-sized bed, its’ own sitting area and double doors out to the upstairs balcony with stunning sea views and a Jacuzzi for two! The master bedroom has its’ own dressing room with ample wardrobe space which leads through to the en-suite bathroom.
The Queen-sized bedrooms 3 and 4 are located at the rear of the villa they share a second upstairs bathroom with a bath tub and shower over.
